ANGRA: More Tour Dates Announced

After a succesful first leg of the "Aurora Consurgens World Tour", Brazilian power metallers ANGRA get back on the road, starting Far East on February 2. The band will do an eight-show tour in Japan as a co-headler alongside Germany's BLIND GUARDIAN. The trek is being hailed as one of Japan's metal highlights of the year, with Tokyo city alone set to see three concerts in three different venues. After Japan, ANGRA flies directly to Europe, embarking on a headling tour with POWERQUEST and FIREWIND. Complete tour dates as follows:

ANGRA's video for the song "The Course of Nature" has been posted online at this location (Real Media). The clip was filmed in early September 2006 in São Paulo under the guidance of director Carina Zaratin.

The recordings of ANGRA's latest CD, "Aurora Consurgens", began in July 2006 at the House Of Audio studios in Germany under the guidance of longtime producer Dennis Ward. All the tracking took place at the Via Musique Estúdios, in São Paulo with Thiago Bianchi as the assistant producer. Dennis then flew back to Germany and mixed the material, which was mastered by the renowned Finnish producer Mika Jussila.
